This is with regards to their service . I dealt with Dennis. Clearly communicated what shall be done and how long does it takes . Got the car well washed even though I brought it with bike racks mounted on the roof and told them that I do not expect them to wash it. Overall great experience. I have purchased two Volvo's at this dealership as well and dealt with Ardavan Gahssemi , who was also spot on I called agreed on price and collect the vehicle. More

One thing I noticed that service department employee did not wear masks in the office area when talking with customers although the Santa Clara county recommended masks inside the building (a recent COVID policy change, 2 days ago). Hope they can follow the most updated COVID guideline. More

The sales department is lovely. However, the services department is atrocious. The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Faulty repair job Bought my volvo v70 in 2 weeks ago had to be towed there would not start. Told them fix everything that needed to be done to get it running. When i picked it up expecting things to be done.,Only one thing was done. When i asked why they said i declined which was not true. Long story short and 1400+$$$ I now have a car sitting in my driveway back where i started from. Now I have to have it towed some where BUT not there. Also a very chaotic dealership nobody knows what they're doing. There's service reps are awful. More
Dealer was not able to fix my car after 3 weeks of working on it. They made sure to fix something that did not resolve the problem, but made sure to charge me for it.
