After drop off for safety belt recall service on Monday 10am, was told it will take until evening or Tuesday morning for the car to be picked up. I called 3 times between Tuesday morning Wednesday mornin 10am, was told it will take until evening or Tuesday morning for the car to be picked up. I called 3 times between Tuesday morning Wednesday morning, no information about my car or a call back. I asked for loaner car in Wednesday morning. 25 min later, they call back and said my car is ready. This is more than 48hr after I dropped off the car with an appointment More
Not the best, only went because I had recall on airbag to be replace. Which took month to get replaced. I usually tak my care to made in Europe in Cambell. The place and location is awful for parking etc. No shuttle like before and sevice rep are only friendly if you go with the service here if you decline a service they rush you out. Price$$$$ labor 239 hour was there from 8am to 10:30 lucky the airbag recal was 0, I did have to pay the 239.for them to tell my the message on my dash SRS airbag service urgent could be cause by rslay,but did not explain so I am not sure. They wanted to do some other work dealers always do. When I said I will have my guy look at all frendllyness stop even got my name wrong. The trust was lost with this company along time. I stay away from this place if I can.Use to be nice to busy inpersonable not athtic. In the end I got the airbag replacement but nothing for my $239.00, and I still have the message on the dash SRS airbag service urgent. Now the the airbag replacement is done , when I have time I will take it to Rick at made in Japan made in Europe. They do a great job! And will throw the little stuff in for free and willing to work with you. I like work with small family business. Like when this company was Symith Volvo. More
Customer service was excellent for me. The time allotted was within a reasonable time. The service customer service were very friendly. We talked about the car and they even wash my car.
