Over the last few years this Audi/Volkswagon shop has gone through a lot of changes and some serious rough patches. The service center was not in good shape and I ended up having to go to another shop be gone through a lot of changes and some serious rough patches. The service center was not in good shape and I ended up having to go to another shop because I couldn't get my car in to be worked on let alone fixed. But, I went back this last month to get my daughter a car for college. After being away for over a year I didn't know what to expect... but I'm happy to tell you Austin and the crew have done a great job of overhauling the building (service center) and the customer service experience. This is the experience I expect from from an Audi VW dealership. What a difference. You did a great job and earned my business back. Loved our new salesperson Kristin Robideaux and sales manager Michael Markey who worked with me on every level. The service shop got ahold of me within hours and had the car done asap. I would absolutely send a friend here now. Hope this new wave continues on. Bravo to the entire team of old and new blood for pulling it together. Please keep up the good work. This place has come a long long way from where it was eighteen months ago. I just love a good redemption story. So happy to be a customer again. More
