I arrived to have my cars scheduled service about 15 minutes early. There was no one at the service desk and I waited for over 10 minutes, seeing what I guess was a technician twice and another guy movi minutes early. They were informed of my issues and were doing my first service. About 2 hours from my actual appointment, I got notifications from my app that they finally opened the door to my car to work on it. No one ever came out to talk to me or let me know they were running behind. After about 4 hours I went up to inquire what was taking so long. I was told They had to contact someone for help that wasn't my my main issue and told the problem I had did not happen for them and they would finish up and check it again and be done in 30 minutes. Almost an hour later I saw in my app the doors were locked so I got up and met another service advisor on the way to get me. I was told my issue was indeed a problem and would be covered under warranty. The part would be ordered and arrive in about 3-4 days. After a week with no call I attempted to contact the service department, where no one answered and rather than having a voice mail I was returned to the phone tree to start over. After well over 2 weeks I called repeatedly for over 30 minutes only to find out the part was never ordered. I'm still waiting for a call that it has arrived and it's almost 3 weeks later. I bought a brand new car expecting it to have no issues and if I did it should have been fixed immediately. I informed them of exactly what the problem was prior to my appointment. They should have had the part available with the amount of time they had before I arrived. I understand many places are understaffed, but they should let customers know that the wait is longer than usual. I work at a hospital in the area and because it took so long I was two and a half hours late to work. Thankfully I had let them know I might be a little late, but I never imagined it would be that long. Had I known how the service department was so slow I would have never prepaid for my oil changes, which don't even include tire rotations. More
Service is always very good. My only complaint is so far, I had to replace 1 tire but made sense to replace 2. I had goodyears on my car and wanted goodyears back on my car, but because the dealership doesn't have a goodyear vendor I had to use a different brand unless I found and bought tires on my own and brought them to dealership. Disappointing that they don't work harder to get the product you want. More
Very unfriendly environment. Every time I come there with my car my wait time is 4 hours. When I got my oil changed at Chatham Parkway Toyota I was told that I had a front cover leak and I had to bring it to Volkswagen. Volkswagen fixed a leak on my vehicle before and it look as if it was the same part was leaking. They checked it and told me I had no leaks. I continued to drive my car and I smelled oil call back and they still stuck to they word saying I did not have a leak . I honestly think they didn’t look at my vehicle they only pop the hood. In June I paid a little over 900.00 for a leak and to replace the part that was leaking. If my car get worse I’m going to be really upset. More
Despite the car being at the dealership all day, error message and check engine light came back on after a few days. Dealership does not provide a loaner at this time, every day I can’t use my car it cost message and check engine light came back on after a few days. Will never buy here again if that’s how you treat customers. Horrible customer service More
