Well, first and foremost, i had one of the most personable sales guys that Volkswagen (Auto Nation) Savannah has. Brian McKinney was either on call or sitting beside me the whole time. We didn't part ways till i was happy and he handed me the keys. I gotta say this is my VW and i do love how zippy and that 'head hit the headrest' feeling when gasing it. I digress. I only have my car serviced at the dealer, jsut ofr peace of mind knowing the techs are trained instead of just shown what to do. A car is a massive investment, why let it be ruined at the hands of someone else?? The service dept is nothing short of amazing. Will(beardo) is really helpful all of the time. Ive had a couple warranty jobs done and he stayed on top of it to get it done right but efficiently to get me back on the road. - I drive a lot for work- The parking lot is tight sometimes with serviced vehicles and buyer trades etc, but that's out of their control. Always smiling and saying hi, knowing me by name. Cleanliness of the common areas is A+. I appreciate yall! More
I've had to go to this service center a few times for various recall issues (which isn't great to begin with) that were covered under warranty and never had a problem. But this time I went in for a flat various recall issues (which isn't great to begin with) that were covered under warranty and never had a problem. But this time I went in for a flat caused by a nail in one tire. They said it couldn't be patched. Ordered *two* tires because they said I had one that was below tread limit, which is great but last time I was in for usual tune up no one mentioned that tire's tread so it was a little surprising. Then they ordered the wrong tires and pushed the entire job a week. I got home only to find a brand new screw in my brand new tire. I will be fixing it somewhere else and just eating the cost at this point. More

The transition from the previous owner to AutoNation has left me with having t owrestle with what i can only describe asa change in previous commitments. I payed for parts in advance for a repair that turns out I did not need it. I have heard nothing about this nd do not know where to begin. Frankly, should I even have to address this. There was a maintenance agreement as part of the sale that was supposed to provide regular maintenance - oil changes, tire rotations, etc.. This was not at no charge. It was paid for and continues to be paid for over the life of the car note. To the new owner's credit I was told that the prior visit was the last "free" service. New sheriff in town and things change. Such changes even when announced make it hard to rise above an average rating. You are in the shadow of the previous owner and I do not believe you have moved out of the shadow of that relationship yet. More
The service department listened tentatively to my concerns about my car. They quickly set up my appointment and took care of everything, including transportation to and from the service center while concerns about my car. Will's pleasant and patient demeanor made a challenging situation during a very busy Christmas season, much more digestible. More
