I was disappointed in my service, and most of it is due to poor communication. 1. I made my appointment online, and there was no estimate for the standard service I requested, nor did anyone offer an est to poor communication. 1. It was expensive, so an estimate would have been nice. 2. I also requested them to look at a faulty sensor - this was written in when I scheduled online. When I arrived Saturday morning, they told me they would only do standard serving and not diagnostic issues on the weekend, so I was expected to either reschedule for that or leave my car over the weekend until Monday, on zero notice. 3. The actual hours of the shop did not match the online listed hours for the shop, and no one told me otherwise. On my way to get my car, they called to see when I'd get the car because he would be leaving as I arrived, and he asked that I pay over the phone. 4. I used to have a cleaned and vacuumed car when I picked it up, and for the cost of my service, it would have been nice. No big deal. Except now I have noticed greasy handprints on my car. Not washing it is one thing. Making it dirtier is another! 5. The interaction when I dropped off my car was just... lacking. I felt like an imposition by arriving a few minutes early, my appointment being the first of the day. As he opened the shop, he recommended I just fill out the drop box envelope, so I did. As soon as I had done that, he was ready to talk to me, so I had done all that for nothing. To get my attention as I sat in the car filling out the envelope, instead of coming out to speak to me, he used a key fob to honk the empty car beside mine to get my attention. I brought him the envelope, and that's when he said he couldn't look at the faulty sensor that day. Very frustrating interaction. I used to get better service at this dealership, and I realize it has changed hands. But I'm not coming back to this dealership. I would rather drive elsewhere. I have loved the 3 VWs my family has owned, so I am really disappointed that getting them serviced at this dealership closest to me was such a poor experience. More

Nothing special from dealership. Did appreciate that they performed more than oil changes on a Saturday. A little disappointing that they did not loaner cars or a shuttle to get to nearby stores. Whole dealership was "blah", no excitement or energy from Sales or Service teams. Would not go there to buy a car. More

New name, same dump. Service center is hands down the worst service center I’ve encountered. Had an appointment for a oil change at 930. I waited for over 2 hours just to be met with “well we only have t worst service center I’ve encountered. Had an appointment for a oil change at 930. I waited for over 2 hours just to be met with “well we only have two people working today, it’ll be another 40 minutes” after I had been told 40 minutes already after the first hour had past. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the service center but the first I voiced it. Jeffery is the worst and doesn’t have any customer service skills, seems to get worse every visit. If there was a 0 star option I’d leave that. More
