I honestly hate this place more every time I go. Do yourself a favor and go to a jiffy lube over savannah vw. The only reason I came was for my recalled part and free servicing. They had my car all day and said it was ready, they then said they forgot to do the oil change. Took over an hour to finish. Another whole day ruined by savannah VW. Also second time in a row my tire light has come on the day after taking it here. First time they missed an actual nail found when I got home from their servicing. This time they also did 0 cleaning of the exterior and interior. This has been a courtesy at every other dealership I've ever been to. Next recalled part will be taken to Hilton head. Good riddance. Reading other reviews, it seems this is not a one off experience. Everyone is short-staffed right now & I’m generally pretty patient, but it would help to let your customers know up front when you are short staffed. More
