It was time for my yearly oil change and general checkup on my 2021 Passat. I was in on my scheduled time and out about an hour or so later with everything being done which needed to be. My VM Golf's battery died and I was able to get it jumped and drive it over to VW after closing time. I left the car, plus key/note, and they called promptly first thing the next morning.
