My husband and I recently went to AutoNation because our lease was almost up on our Volkswagen, and we wanted to trade it in for a new one. Took a week to do maintenance on my car and my biggest issue wasn’t even fixed. I have to take my car back now. No one was at the service desk when I got there for my appointment either and had to wait . issue wasn’t even fixed. I have to take my car back now. A VW dealer in Virginia installed 4 new tires on our car. We were in Savannah a week later on a trip and got a flat. Happy to find out there was a local VW dealer as the tires were under warranty. The dealership was able to take the car right away and we were back on the road in about 3 hours. They were not able to honor the warranty initially. Told us to pay and work it out with the Virginia dealer. But management followed up with us 2 days later and stepped up to credit back the payment and honor the warranty. Very pleased with the overall experience! More
