Especially Don Lovett from inventory who found our car within just a few short weeks of our telling him what we were looking for. Frank called us and worked hard to get us financed at a reasonable rate considering our low credit scores. Then Frank introduced us to Ray who was one of the greatest salesman we've met in our 35 years of marriage and purchasing automobiles. He treated us with respect and like we were special. He explained everything that was taking place and made our wait enjoyable. We were very impressed with the professionalism that Savannah VW exhibits. There was no yelling from the manager's office when a customer's deal was ready. When the salespeople spoke with each other or the customers it was done in low voices or by calling the salesperson away from the customer. Certainly not what we've experienced in other dealerships. Marc made the financial end of our purchase fast and with no stress. The 2014 Mazda 3 was exactly what we had imagined for the last 3 years that we would own. This is the greatest car. It was in excellent condition and still smelled new inside. We love all the features and the comfortable ride, not to mention the great gas mileage we are getting! Thank you for such a great experience in purchasing a used vehicle that will be in our family for years to come. Richard and Rene Forehand More
I came to Vaden Volkswagen to look at the jetta diesels. I didnt want to talk to a salesperson at all, i just wanted to look around. And then it happened. A salesperson walked up to me and said hey how are I didnt want to talk to a salesperson at all, i just wanted to look around. And then it happened. A salesperson walked up to me and said hey how are you? At first in all honesty i thought she was a boy and I came off a bit mean, but after we started talking I realized she was very friendly and actually pretty funny. She knew the car inside out and provided me with everything. She still keeps in touch and I purchased this car about 6 months ago. Very friendly and very professional. Loved the experience. More
I called into the dealership and spoke with Scott. He ensured me I could get approved for financing although I had less than perfect credit. Quinten showed which cars I could get approved for and I love ensured me I could get approved for financing although I had less than perfect credit. Quinten showed which cars I could get approved for and I love my purchase. Thanks guys. More
When we finally got to the financing portion for the Passat we were looking at buying, the numbers were not adding up. With a $19K trade in value on our current car, we expected to have to finance $15. Passat we were looking at buying, the numbers were not adding up. With a $19K trade in value on our current car, we expected to have to finance $15.5K with the 0% for 72 months that was being offered at the time that the salesman kept throwing at us throughout his pitch. But when we saw the paperwork, the APR was 4.5% and the loan was for $17.6K. That was when everything went down hill quickly. The finance guys started backtracking and throwing out things like: “0% financing does not apply to this unit” ( this is the FIRST we heard of this! ) or “Because your car isn’t worth $19K, we can’t give you the new car for the lower price” (THAT was not what The salesman had been telling us!) or “You can’t expect to get $19K for your car when it’s not worth it, here is the print out we did on your car”. He handed me the KBB print out. or “We ARE giving you $19K for your car even though it isn’t worth it but you can’t expect us to not make up for that somewhere in the cost of the new car. That’s not how these deals work!” (When we hadn't been told otherwise, we most certainly can think this!) I got up to leave and Keith, the finance guy says, “You won’t get $19K for your car after today. NO ONE will give you $19K for your car. With that being said, what are you going to do now with your car?” Does this sound like a dealership you want to work with? Watch the numbers if you do! When they say they will give you a nice amount for your trade in, they WILL jack up the price on the other end, so in essence, you aren't getting that awesome trade in price they say they are, even when the papers reflect that. They will get their money back somewhere in this deal and it won't be by benefitting you. I've worked with dealerships before and Vaden Volkswagen is by far, the worst. The salesman, manager and finance department weren't talking to each other and it costs them in the end. I walked away very angry and haven't gone back there even to get my car serviced since. More
No written or oral estimate given prior to work being performed. i asked thew advisor when dropping the car off about cost and he insisted he will call before work was to be done. service manager lied performed. i asked thew advisor when dropping the car off about cost and he insisted he will call before work was to be done. service manager lied to me about estimate given. i told her where is the proof of estimate given and there was none, no signed repair order with a dollar amount or a time called with amount given. they did lower the labor rate, but that was before i even came to pick up the vehicle. i would have paid without issue, but i wanted to be informed of cost prior to work being done. the service manager was nice, the advisor should do his job better. there should be a procedure to follow so things like this dont happen. i am complaining about $65, imagine if it were $600.
