I got a car from this dealership in 2014 I lease a car 4 year ago from this dealership first they did not told me that this car was in a previous accident. Next and that day when I was about to back out of the before I sign the leave the finance lady lie to me and said if I did not sign the lease this was going to affect my credit only did I know they were just trying to take advantage of young military man servicemen Over the pass 4 year I was struggle To pay this car pay but thank god it all over today you guys got me pretty good I recommend servicemember purchase from this dealership along as I live I will do review on you guys and and hope to god no buy from you guy More

Professional Service @ VW I was recently in for my 10,000 mile service. I was treated both professionally and courteously. I was even approached by a sales member offering as I was recently in for my 10,000 mile service. I was treated both professionally and courteously. They stoled my car stuff during the oil change !!! BE AWARE of this STEALER SHIP ! I took my car for an oil change, the car was there all day, right before closing they called me to pick it up. Aft BE AWARE of this STEALER SHIP ! I took my car for an oil change, the car was there all day, right before closing they called me to pick it up. After a short drive home I opened my trunk and immediately noticed that my cargo rubber lining was missing and i had brand new carpet mats under it, they were missing too. same minute I contacted VW and explained what happened. OF COURSE no one know knew what I am talking about. Next day I went there and spoke to service manager Maureen Heroux which she didn't even attempt to do a deeper investigation, she replied to me let me wright you a check for a 50 BUCKS and lets call it a day ! That is absolutely disgusting from VW and VW USA, they couldn't help me as well. I will go 30 miles to VW in SC and will never step my foot again where THIEFS and ARROGANCE works. More

Terrible Dealership. Stay Clear Purchased vehicle on 4/12. It broke down on the way home. I was guaranteed it would be fixed at their expense. They said the engine was bad. They still have the vehicle and my money and have not repaired the vehicle. Sam Washington their sales manager will not even return phone calls. Stay Clear of this dealer. Worst I have ever encountered. More
