Nothing special from dealership. Did appreciate that they performed more than oil changes on a Saturday. A little disappointing that they did not loaner cars or a shuttle to get to nearby stores. Whol they performed more than oil changes on a Saturday. A little disappointing that they did not loaner cars or a shuttle to get to nearby stores. Whole dealership was "blah", no excitement or energy from Sales or Service teams. Would not go there to buy a car. More
Good customer service, but when my vehicle was ready no one told me. I had to go ask. There is no telling how long it had already been ready. one told me. I had to go ask. There is no telling how long it had already been ready. More
The best experience ever! Very friendly and professional team that inform their customers about the cars and the options the customer may have. New name, same dump. Service center is hands down the worst service center I’ve encountered. Had an appointment for a oil change at 930. I waited for over 2 hours just to be met with “well we only have t worst service center I’ve encountered. Had an appointment for a oil change at 930. I waited for over 2 hours just to be met with “well we only have two people working today, it’ll be another 40 minutes” after I had been told 40 minutes already after the first hour had past. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the service center but the first I voiced it. Jeffery is the worst and doesn’t have any customer service skills, seems to get worse every visit. If there was a 0 star option I’d leave that. More
My experience here was amazing . Last year this time I had the worst experience. I went here to get maintenance done on my car and I wasn't planning on buying anything simply because last year no one want had the worst experience. I went here to get maintenance done on my car and I wasn't planning on buying anything simply because last year no one wanted to actually help me. This time was different , there is new staff and the company has changed as well from peacock to auto-nations. If you are unsure what you want to do as far as trading or simply buying I would definitely recommend going to take to Ron and Sean the finance manager. They helped me and didnt disappoint me not ONE time most dealerships won't care if you actually got what you wanted they were different everything I asked for they did. The process was easy and it's only because they listened and actually cared if I was pleased with the offer or not More
Two occasions for the same service appointment I was told the auto was ready for pickup only to go to dealership an find auto not ready. On the second trip I paid and saw the invoice did not have my auto ser the auto was ready for pickup only to go to dealership an find auto not ready. On the second trip I paid and saw the invoice did not have my auto serial number correct. When I go into my car it was making a noticable sound what was not correct. Service advisor stated that sound was not on check in ticket so tech did to know to check for a correction. I had to leave the auto once again to complete the service. Too bad there is no other option in the arrea. Beware!!! AutoNation does not understand the definition of Pride in Service nor professionalizm. More
Bought a 2019 VW Atlas with 11k miles on it from this dealership almost two months ago. First, they told me the factory warranty was only 3 years and sold me an extended warranty. Found out after that th dealership almost two months ago. First, they told me the factory warranty was only 3 years and sold me an extended warranty. Found out after that the factory warranty is 6 years and 72k miles. Asked to cancel the warranty within days but 2 months later have not received a refund. Second they said they would handle getting the vehicle registered and delivered the car to me with a temporary 45 day plate. The vehicle is still not registered and the temporary plate has expired. I can’t drive the vehicle. I am getting little or no response from the dealership to help me and I can’t even register the vehicle myself because they have the title. I have asked for the title to register it myself and another temporary plate so I can actually drive legally to the DMV myself but no response! More
Service performance was average. I had an issue that the mechanic could not duplicate, which was bogus "cause I duplicated it before leaving the dealership. And I also needed a part ordered that I'm not sur mechanic could not duplicate, which was bogus "cause I duplicated it before leaving the dealership. And I also needed a part ordered that I'm not sure it's been ordered. Can't get anyone to call me back. It's been almost two weeks. But they do stay busy and probably are short staffed. More
