I will not return to this dealer for basic maintenance. My oil change took over two hours to complete. The service rep told me it was because they were short staffed due to call ins over the Easter weekend My oil change took over two hours to complete. Reading other reviews, it seems this is not a one off experience. Everyone is short-staffed right now & I’m generally pretty patient, but it would help to let your customers know up front when you are short staffed. More

We'd almost lost hope dealing with the HH location but are happy so far with the Savannah dealer. I've given only four stars to "Price" because I compare to the local Honda dealer. They give you "the works" (oil change, brake inspection, replenish all the fluids and would clean my Pilot inside and out while I was sipping on coffee) for $49.99. Compared to that VW has a long way to go, but all else checks out fine otherwise. More
