I tried calling service department numerous times to let them know I needed to bring my car in. (Battery died and I got a jump start from AAA.) Arrived unannounced about 2 pm. Replaced battery and completed them know I needed to bring my car in. (Battery died and I got a jump start from AAA.) Arrived unannounced about 2 pm. Replaced battery and completed service same day though I was not able to pick it up until the following day. Would give a higher rating if the service department phones were answered and if transportation (loaner car or ride) were provided. More
