I usually don't. , have much of a problem having my car serviced here. Last week my battery died, I brought car in and they replaced my battery for $400.00. I'm grateful they could do it even with the price being so high. I get car home and decided maybe I should pop the hood and take a look. I noticed my battery cover is missing, it was there when I took the car in. Anyways I called service deptmartment before 5 pm and got William's voice mail, I left a message I was upset that my battery cover is missing this was on Saturday 10/05. I asked him to give me a call but he never did. I was so busy at work Monday I didn't have time to follow up but on Tuesday I did and spoke to Krystal and she said she would check on it and call me back. Over 4 hours go by still nothing back from Krystal. I decided to go to Autonation and confront them personally about the situation. Krystal greeted me at the counter apologizing she was busy and was about to contact me. Krystal also states that she talked to technician and that my battery cover had acid on it so they didn't put it back on. I looked at battery cover before I took car in looked fine to me. If it was bad, then why not show me the cover or give me the option to replace? A month prior had my car in for service and get it back with center cap missing. William went and found it put it back on. No issues. Now it's getting to the point where I'm probably taking my car elsewhere I tired of bad service. We have 3 volkswagens , my Jetta, Mike"s GLI and The Atlas Crossport he just bought there. We get all 3 cars serviced there and are considering taking elsewhere. Very unhappy with this service. More
