Called about a recall on my old dirty Jetta (ODJ, 2016 TSI, something about a fuel tank rail). Person on the phone was courteous and professional and found a spot on the schedule within 5 days. They addressed the recall issue, did a full inspection of the ODJ, and found a seized emergency brake line and worn out rear breaks/rotors. Probably paid more than I would have at Johnny Doe's tire and auto, but it was up on the lift and I didn't have much time to deal with it. They did the repairs promptly and I was out the door. More
