The customer service was great and the mechanic did a good job. The break room was cold, tv turned down, no vending machines or snacks in the break room. Service department was great. Had an emergency and had to bring it in without an appointment. But they got my vehicle in as quick as possible. Delays in repair were due to parts availability. I was there for 20000 mile maintenance on my car. They did a great job but it took over 2 & half hours. I had to cancel an appointment b/c of this. The ONLY reason I still come to this service center to have my car serviced is because of ANDY. Andy use to be a sales rep and actually sold me my vehicle, then he transferred to service and this man has have my car serviced is because of ANDY. Stay away! After having to pay over $400 to have some hoses replaced just to pass emissions, I was quoted another $600 to fix a melted fuse panel and alternator After having to pay over $400 to have some hoses replaced just to pass emissions, I was quoted another $600 to fix a melted fuse panel and alternator wire harness. I declined the repair of the fuse panel after finding the part at AutoZone for only $47.95. When I inspected the part myself, I found absolutely no melting of the panel. I will not be going back for anything else. More
