Received an email from the dealership stating oil changes do not require an appointment and are done in the Express Lane. Well we showed up, and instead of finding an Express Service, the service advisor at do not require an appointment and are done in the Express Lane. Well we showed up, and instead of finding an Express Service, the service advisor at the front desk said, "You need an appointment, and we are 6 weeks out. Corporate sends out those emails and we don't honor them." Then, my partner called and spoke with the service director, who was just as dismissive, stating, "a 20,000 mile check up cannot be done in the Express Lane." Funny, our car has only 5,900 miles on it and only requires an oil change. I guess the service advisor is covering his butt by changing what we asked for so it is us lying and not him. This is after we had to fight with them to get our tag when we bought the car. The business manager was pissed that we did not buy the extended warranty and service package, so sat on our tag processing. We had to park the car for a few weeks. Not a place anyone should do business. This kind of 'service' is horrible and give car dealers a bad name! More
The service was excellent. Despite their busy schedule of clients, my car was attended to in a timely manner, and the attendant took time to answer my questions. The client has several options: a comfy room with couches and TV, some high-boys for working with one's laptop, and three individual study rooms with desk lamps and office chair and desk for quiet study or office work. My first experience at this location was due to a recall I was unaware of when purchasing my car that causing my sunroof to leak soon after purchase. Next, I took my car in for what I thought was an included service visit with an oil change and an inspection due to many sensors continuing to go off. While explaining the windshield wiper sensor issue, the service guy proceed to tell me that it was probably my fault by filling it up too fast? So over a course of a year, I filled up my windshield wiper fluid with four jugs due to it constantly saying it’s empty, but it’s my fault? Then I explained how myself and my father have checked my tire pressure multiple times but the sensor is staying on. He immediately responded saying “your daddy should’ve gotten the owners manual out” and laughed at me. Approximately 6 hours later, I was called to be told my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was given an over $100 bill FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Never was I told the price when booking the appointment, adding on the service, dropping off the car, or called to be told it was ready. Also, the first person I talked to told me the oil change was included! Terrible customer service. Never belittle or laugh at your customers. More

The customer service was great and the mechanic did a good job. The break room was cold, tv turned down, no vending machines or snacks in the break room. After bringing my car got back the second time in less than 20 minutes they were able to fix my check engine light with a new part instead of trying to repair it. More

Service department was great. Had an emergency and had to bring it in without an appointment. But they got my vehicle in as quick as possible. Delays in repair were due to parts availability.
