Came in to get my VW Atlas serviced after a recall notice. I was nervous because I'd been working with Jim Ellis since my purchase, but we've moved out of the JE area. AutoNation VW is closest to my new home, so I gave them a try. Calling and making the appointment was easy and Marcia was friendly and accommodating with my schedule. I arrived for my appointment, found Michael, and he set expectations around the time it would take to complete the repair and answered a couple of standard questions I had with deep knowledge of the vehicle. I settled in for what I thought would be a two hour wait, and I think he had me out in closer to 45 minutes. The knocking in the hood is completely gone, and the car runs great! Feeling confident in taking my car to AutoNation VW moving forward. More

Had to take my son’s car in due to the check engine light coming on. The service person, Micheal was very helpful and made sure all the repairs were done and made sure we received the car back before my son coming on. My third visit to your auto service. Third time not a charm. Waiting time two hours and was not happy to find out they left three tires at 35 psi and the fourth at 45 psi.
