My third visit to your auto service. Third time not a charm. Waiting time two hours and was not happy to find out they left three tires at 35 psi and the fourth at 45 psi. Received an email from the dealership stating oil changes do not require an appointment and are done in the Express Lane. Well we showed up, and instead of finding an Express Service, the service advisor at do not require an appointment and are done in the Express Lane. Well we showed up, and instead of finding an Express Service, the service advisor at the front desk said, "You need an appointment, and we are 6 weeks out. Corporate sends out those emails and we don't honor them." Then, my partner called and spoke with the service director, who was just as dismissive, stating, "a 20,000 mile check up cannot be done in the Express Lane." Funny, our car has only 5,900 miles on it and only requires an oil change. I guess the service advisor is covering his butt by changing what we asked for so it is us lying and not him. This is after we had to fight with them to get our tag when we bought the car. The business manager was pissed that we did not buy the extended warranty and service package, so sat on our tag processing. We had to park the car for a few weeks. Not a place anyone should do business. This kind of 'service' is horrible and give car dealers a bad name! More
The service was excellent. Despite their busy schedule of clients, my car was attended to in a timely manner, and the attendant took time to answer my questions. The client has several options: a comfy room with couches and TV, some high-boys for working with one's laptop, and three individual study rooms with desk lamps and office chair and desk for quiet study or office work. The Wi-Fi is excellent; ditto, the complimentary coffee! More
