Came in to get my VW Atlas serviced after a recall notice. I was nervous because I'd been working with Jim Ellis since my purchase, but we've moved out of the JE area. I arrived for my appointment, found Michael, and he set expectations around the time it would take to complete the repair and answered a couple of standard questions I had with deep knowledge of the vehicle. I settled in for what I thought would be a two hour wait, and I think he had me out in closer to 45 minutes. The knocking in the hood is completely gone, and the car runs great!
