Service is great with certain limitations. Parts ;markup is excessive. The most expensive parts on line cost half as much as the dealer charges. I know all dealerships are high. I was disappointed that it took 3 weeks to get my car in for service. Once I did get to the service department with Chase, I was very appreciative of his time and understanding for what was needed. Great Service. I worked with Michael Richter as my service advisor. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful even though the service department was extreme I worked with Michael Richter as my service advisor. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful even though the service department was extremely busy. Michael was able to diagnosis my problem based on my description and give me an estimate. The service was actually finished a little ahead of schedule. Great to see someone that over delivers. Most repair facilities are just the opposite.
