Service is great with certain limitations. Parts ;markup is excessive. The most expensive parts on line cost half as much as the dealer charges. I know all dealerships are high. I was disappointed that it took 3 weeks to get my car in for service. Once I did get to the service department with Chase, I was very appreciative of his time and understanding for what was needed.
