Took my VW for a simple under warranty oil change at 20k miles. Three days later car stopped running and had to be towed back because of the gasket not corrected installed and oil leaking everywhere .Servic miles. Three days later car stopped running and had to be towed back because of the gasket not corrected installed and oil leaking everywhere .Service did ultimately fix their error, but ZERO communication. i had to leave no less than 15 messages on various voice mails and was never kept informed of what was happening. When I did talk to someone it was “I’ll call you back”. Apparently their phones only work for outgoing calls if they are trying to make a sale, because no phone call received At one point the call was received by call center and the operator told me if I wanted to talk to someone in person I would have to drive there Sad that this is my closest VW dealer for warranty work, (already over an hour away) but I will not be back.. I had an appointment and took the day off of work. It was my 1st service on my 2022 Atlas. I drove 1 hour and forty minutes to get to the dealership. Once I was waiting for about 15-20 mins and service guy came in and told me. I could be there up to 3 hours. I ask why and he advised they take the cars in as the come in. I ask what was the point in making an appt. and he compared it to waiting on a dr visit. Which made no sense! I then ask to speak with a manger and the same guy yelled and point “just have a seat in that office”. I sat in that office for 10 mins and there was a lady at the copier and ask if I need help. She advised that supervisor was on a test drive. She got me someone and I said I can’t wait for 3 hours and maybe I should just leave. That guy got my keys and I left the dealership. On the drive home I thought more about it. I called back and got a very nice guy! His name was Shawn. He wanted me to come back but I was an hour away! It is sad bc I love my new vehicle but the service was terrible and very unprofessional! More
Great experience overall. Suad was very informative, responsive and helpful throughout and made the process of getting my car back on the road efficient and easy. Getting better! My last oil change went very smoothly taking less than 1.5 hours. It was also easy to make the appointment. In the past I could not get thru to an adviser and when my car was in for repairs they would not answer my calls. Hopefully all this has been fixed. Nice area to wait- coffee and tea available and 2 rooms for quiet work available. More
Got my oil changed, hours later my oil light came on. I just made an appointment for this to be done and it is part of the service of having your oil changed is to top everything off! Poor work and poor customer relations! More
