I was there for 20000 mile maintenance on my car. They did a great job but it took over 2 & half hours. I had to cancel an appointment b/c of this. The ONLY reason I still come to this service center to have my car serviced is because of ANDY. Andy use to be a sales rep and actually sold me my vehicle, then he transferred to service and this man has have my car serviced is because of ANDY. 2018 Q50 Vehicle purchased online as contactless transaction on June 28th. I was told by Jewell vehicle would be delivered later that day. Weds car was delivered and i discovered a damaged tail light and massive paint damage on the passenger rear side. I contacted her about the damage and I did not want the vehicle in it's cond. She said Aaron apprv fix. when i questioned when and where (it was a contactless transaction) i was told she'd get back to me. nothing. i called again, she said she had to get with Aaron again. Nothing. I reached out again and was told they were trying to coordinate it, i again said i do not want the vehicle based on the damage. now we get to day 4. nothing. day 5 i again reached out to say my 5 days is expiring and there customer services stopped as soon as i got the car. Hood painted in 1 day and now, 8 days later...u cant fix the rest of the paint/rear light damage? Base on my email, Aaron called to say he was working on a fix. NOTHING. now 5 days pass, no contact. i call AGAIN. End up talking to James. who said he'd work on the fix. but i was told 4 different times this was already happening. I still don't even have any of my paperwork they promised to send as well. (online transaction). i said i do not want the car. he just said they wont take back now...5 days past. How convenient since my 5 days are gone and it's up to them to pick it back up or repair and they didn't. I mentioned i thought this was not legal and he told me he wont talk to me if i contact an attorney and hung up. Don't walk, run!! they will make promises, don't pick up the vehicle and wait for the return period to end and THEN tell you oh well. saw several complaint on BBB (AFTER THE FACT) with same issues. I have a friend that works there and I went to trade my vehicle in. I got there about 1:30 PM and it's now 5:53 PM and I still don't have a value for my trade in. 🙄. Review based on knowledge of cars. They don’t know why people keep jumper cables in their car. They also don’t know physics when it comes to tire pressure and how the weather makes the pressure change why people keep jumper cables in their car. When I got my car back after they were driving it all of a sudden oil level low button popped up saying it had one quart of oil in it. Low and behold it was nearly full. Red Alert!!!! spoke to finance manager Dianne she said no problem I will take care of the battery and comes back few minutes later I can do it for $150????. $150 is not the problem its the principal. There are other places to service your car, and especially buy as well and dont dont buy extended warranty from them. I bought my battery elsewhere and they lost a customer for life. More
