I went to this location and was treated as if i was going to steal the car i put 3000 dollars on .. for a week i fought with them about handing over my keys after they had already took 3000 dollar down payme to steal the car i put 3000 dollars on .. for a week i fought with them about handing over my keys after they had already took 3000 dollar down payment and i signed all of my paperwork already .. the bank even called and said they can not finance the car until they know that it was in my possession .. after 4 days of arguing with them about giving my keys when they finally gave them too me and i drove off within 30 minutes my car was smoking and shaking ... i felt like they would do something to my car because of all the attitudes i got for wanting my keys and not getting them .. and sure enough i wait for the smoke to clear and engine to cool ( mind you im a mechanic on the side ) i pop the radiator open and find GRAVEL from the ground that had been pushed to the top of the radiator because of the build up of heat... i have videos and pictures and documentation from federal witnesses that had to contact the dealership to confirm my job . I WAS TREATED WRONGFULLY and MY LIFE WAS PUT in DANGER !!! add my instagram to see the videos ( j0hnwick ) the punchline to the story is the day after all this happened and they gave my 3000 back after pulling the car into the middle of the mechanic section i went to ED VOYLES HYUNDAI in marietta georgia and they gave me a better version of the car for the same price and i had my keys in less than 2 hours !!! why was the process so easy at EDs BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT RACIST AND JUDGEMENTAL BECAUSE OF HOW I LOOK!!!! Came in to get my VW Atlas serviced after a recall notice. I was nervous because I'd been working with Jim Ellis since my purchase, but we've moved out of the JE area. I arrived for my appointment, found Michael, and he set expectations around the time it would take to complete the repair and answered a couple of standard questions I had with deep knowledge of the vehicle. I settled in for what I thought would be a two hour wait, and I think he had me out in closer to 45 minutes. The knocking in the hood is completely gone, and the car runs great!
