I want to give a great big shout out to Roxanna Fraga as she helped me this past weekend drive away in my awesome new Volkswagen Taos. Christian, Alberto, Ali & the finance manager Jennifer all did a fantastic job. They did not put any pressure on us to make a decision, and were extremely accommodating and patient with my questions and r all did a fantastic job. The whole time I felt like I was dealing with people that I had known for a while. Not feeling like you are another notch on someone’s belt, is the mark of a great sales organization. BTW, I noticed the same with some of the other people that were making a purchase the same day I was. My only complaint would be (and I think this is a universal thing at all car dealerships) that once I said yes, the process to close the deal and head out the door was too slow. More
