I dropped off my vehicle late on Saturday, but had requested feedback and costs to be given to me via the texting the dealership started with me on Friday, when I made the appointment. Nobody ever gave me pricing until I was without my vehicle. It was all such a struggle to get a response, so, since I have a warranty I bought through the dealership, I had to communicate with my sales rep who had to go to the service department to get info and feedback. The service department has a great guy, James, but I didn’t catch his name last time I was there, so it was like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished. My sales guy, Q, is also fantastic! Ultimately, I left after getting a ride to my vehicle and had nothing done, since it was so frustrating. Zero stars for Suad, the service guy. More

The car wasn’t ready and in fact was not ready for several days even after the payment check wasn’t presented. The promise of two-year free maintenance service as shown in the ad was cut to none at several days even after the payment check wasn’t presented. The promise of two-year free maintenance service as shown in the ad was cut to none at the time of delivery, however later was agreed for one year, after buyer showed the promised ad. The tricky attempt to not sell the car to the buyer who presented the check was a dishonest attempt to void the transaction and sell it to other buyers who came up with higher offers. More
