James was great and helpful. Nothing to do with James, but I called on the morning of 7/3/23 to change my appointment (scheduled for 7/6) because I was leaving town unexpected Nothing to do with James, but I called on the morning of 7/3/23 to change my appointment (scheduled for 7/6) because I was leaving town unexpectedly the next day for a family member’s funeral in NC and wanted to make sure all was good before o drove round trip of 8 plus hours. I was told an appointment was available at 1:30 but I could only take it if I was going to leave it and come back later that afternoon. I could not stay because there’s limited room in the lobby area. I was really turned-off by this situation as I had no one who could pick me up and I live too far for the shuttle. The lobby is small compared to other dealerships that I have been in but I felt that it was a little ridiculous that was the reason I couldn’t have my vehicle serviced that day. I would have rather heard that an appointment was not available since it was such short notice. More
