I took my car into this dealership for the first time for vehicle maintenance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing that I didn’t like was the way I received my vehicle back. When my Jetta’s front end started to vibrate on the freeway I stopped at the Big O Tires I had recently bought some new tires from to have them check it out. Big O’s diagnosis: replace the control arms, cv axles, shocks and struts for $4,800 worth or repair work. Suspicious that they were lying criminals I took my car to Autonation Volkswagen and Ray confirmed that it was just a tire bulge and needed a re-alignment. $400 and a few hours later o was back on the road and my car running perfectly. Ray’s honestly and integrity is commendable and he has my trust and recommendation for life. More
