service dept has a problem with a VW owner who is knowledgeable on VW's. treated me like a dog. had to have an impromptu meeting in the general mgrs. office to get to the bottom of an unnecessary knowledgeable on VW's. treated me like a dog. had to have an impromptu meeting in the general mgrs. office to get to the bottom of an unnecessary part charged to my bill. they denied knowing the part had a breakdown of sub-parts so of course they installed the whole thing for $800 approx. when only an approx. $200 part was called for. they are the "experts." I am a stupid customer off the street. yet somehow I accurately described the components of the fuel system that they all denied knowing about. If not for my own research I would have walked out overpaying no doubt. they fought hard to deny and to eventually fall silent to my insights and requests. right. 🤡🤡 More
