When you buy a " Certified Used Volkswagen your supposed to get both sets of keys. Never Received the second set, and after arguing with the Sales Mgr I finally was given the Valet key Which magically appeared. Gee it must have programmed itself in his desk drawer. D. I also bought the extended 100,000 mile warrenty, but was given no paperwork. After dealing with The VW Customer Care people, the paperwork arrived 3 months later. E. Also bought a after market Rear view mirror with remote garage door opening from them. It was Installed incorrectly and it cost me another 50 bucks to have the problem corrected. See they have now changed their name, but I will never return. More
