They were extremely busy however the service manager did everything he could to keep me informed and work with the warranty to get my car back to me in a stressful situation. everything he could to keep me informed and work with the warranty to get my car back to me in a stressful situation. More
The employees are very friendly at this location in the service department however I am not impressed with Volkswagen as a whole. I will add this is the best location I have been to as centennial and Hende service department however I am not impressed with Volkswagen as a whole. I will add this is the best location I have been to as centennial and Henderson were AWFUL and the employees had no customer service skills whatsoever. But I am not happy with buying a brand new car and having issues and the check engine light on every few months and everytime I go to the dealership, being sent home in a Lyft with no urgency to fix my vehicle or figure out what is going on and being provided with no loaner or replacement vehicle, and being left to figure it out. Alex and Connor did their best to help me out and were pleasant but it doesn’t make up for the defective xxx new Volkswagen I was sold at the centennial location. More
Most of my dealings with auto dealers have not been pleasant over the years. Not only have to fight to get a decent trade-in value but waste of a whole day. The salesperson (Lee) and finance manager pleasant over the years. Not only have to fight to get a decent trade-in value but waste of a whole day. The salesperson (Lee) and finance manager (Henry) were both easy to talk to and made the experience more tolerable. Have never owned a Volkswagen before but was looking for a change from the last four vehicles which were all Fords. Husband picked out this car (Volks Atlas R Line) and so far love it! More
When my Jetta’s front end started to vibrate on the freeway I stopped at the Big O Tires I had recently bought some new tires from to have them check it out. Big O’s diagnosis: replace the control arms freeway I stopped at the Big O Tires I had recently bought some new tires from to have them check it out. Big O’s diagnosis: replace the control arms, cv axles, shocks and struts for $4,800 worth or repair work. Suspicious that they were lying criminals I took my car to Autonation Volkswagen and Ray confirmed that it was just a tire bulge and needed a re-alignment. $400 and a few hours later o was back on the road and my car running perfectly. Ray’s honestly and integrity is commendable and he has my trust and recommendation for life. More
The Salesman Abbas is absolutely amazing. I would give 5 stars to for his communication and honesty. Unfortunately the service isn’t so great. That’s why I score the dealership a 3. Trying to I would give 5 stars to for his communication and honesty. Unfortunately the service isn’t so great. That’s why I score the dealership a 3. Trying to get a hold of my service writer is a nightmare when they say just call me and never answer. Also to get my car scheduled it was over 3 weeks out. More
