I took my car into this dealership for the first time for vehicle maintenance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing that I didn’t like was the way I received my vehicle back. I have several complaints about the purchase of my 2023 Tiguan, including: the condition of the vehicle at purchase (not detailed/swirl marks), undesirable driving characteristics with no resolution (engin Tiguan, including: the condition of the vehicle at purchase (not detailed/swirl marks), undesirable driving characteristics with no resolution (engine shudder at low speeds), engine issues related to the fuel and hot weather with the only resolution being to use more expensive fuel (an issue not disclosed at the time of purchase), having to drive the malfunctioning vehicle while premium fuel cycles through (resulting in many unsafe conditions), 6 hours waiting on VW roadside assistance when those engine issues left us stranded in 100+ degree weather to only have to drive in “limp mode” to the dealership, months of unreturned phone calls about the purchase of a protection plan, and no follow through or follow up regarding complaints and escalation of those complaints. I would highly not recommend the 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan and AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas. More
