As a loyal Volkswagen customer for almost two decades, I have always held your brand in high regard, but recent events have left me questioning the values and commitment to customer satisfaction that Volkswagen once represented. Being an ardent Volkswagen enthusiast, I was thrilled to acquire my third Volkswagen this year, expecting the same level of reliability, performance, and comfort that I have come to associate with your vehicles. However, my excitement quickly turned into dismay when, after only five months of ownership, the air conditioning in my car completely ceased to function. The timing of this unfortunate event could not have been worse, as I reside in scorching Las Vegas, where temperatures currently reach a blistering 114 degrees. Upon visiting the dealership to address the issue, I was shocked to discover, quite by chance, from both a customer service representative and an on-duty technician, that my car had a history of similar air conditioning issues prior to my lease agreement. This revelation not only raises concerns about the integrity of the vehicle I was sold, but also the transparency and honesty of your dealership in disclosing this important information. I understand that unforeseen mechanical issues can arise, even with new vehicles. However, the manner in which this situation has been handled thus far is deeply disheartening. Despite my urgent need for immediate resolution, I was informed that the next available service appointment was scheduled a week away. Given the extreme temperatures in Las Vegas, it is simply unacceptable to expect me to endure a week-long wait in a brand new vehicle, which was defective from the very day of purchase, without any functioning air conditioning. While I appreciate the slight adjustment in scheduling that was arranged, it remains wholly inadequate to place me back into a brand new car, under scorching 114-degree conditions. Regrettably, as a result of this negligence, I became severely ill on my way home, further intensifying my distress and disappointment. At this juncture, I am seriously considering pursuing legal action to rectify this matter, as it appears that my rights as a consumer have been violated. However, before taking such a course, I am reaching out to you in the hope that we can find a mutually satisfactory resolution to this distressing situation. My desired outcome is to be provided with a new vehicle, one that is free from any defects or issues, as I had initially anticipated when purchasing from your reputable brand. Given the urgency of the matter and the potential legal ramifications, I kindly request your immediate attention and guidance on how to proceed from here. It is my sincere expectation that Volkswagen will take swift and decisive action to resolve this matter, ensuring that such negligence is not repeated, and that customer satisfaction remains a top priority for your esteemed organization. We were on vacation when unfortunately our brakes started to grind. We were traveling from Utah thru Vegas and on our way to California. We had a very tight timeline and needed service quick. The dealersh to grind. We were traveling from Utah thru Vegas and on our way to California. We had a very tight timeline and needed service quick. The dealership was booked pretty tight but they got us in anyway replacing our brakes and rotors. Alex in service was very professional, friendly and accommodating and definitely saved our trip.
