I received no paperwork or email for the 10k mile service I had on my 2021 Tiguan last week. The vehicle is still saying that I am overdue for service. I also did not get requested information on some minor I had on my 2021 Tiguan last week. The vehicle is still saying that I am overdue for service. I also did not get requested information on some minor trim work I need done. They did a complimentary repair on a slow leak tire I had. Auto Nation is new but many of the same people are there from HHVW Peacock. They don't have any cars right now. Really frustrated that two previous services over 2 years couldn't find a fix for my phone tha from HHVW Peacock. They don't have any cars right now. Really frustrated that two previous services over 2 years couldn't find a fix for my phone that was done by another dealer within 5000 miles of purchase. After complaining they researched it and fixed it after first talking me I had to buy a new info system for $1500. Level of attention and listening seems to customers is quite low. More
