This is the only place I will take my 2017 jetta, the customer service is amazing. The facility it self is greatly maintained. The waiting room has snacks, drinks ect. Staff is very nice however I came in for oil change and ac problems. Oil was changed, hooked car up to check ac and said the thing was I needed Freon which they did. I choose to drive 35 minutes to get my car serviced here because the service is outstanding. I feel like a valued customer/client and the service representatives always look out for me. I am never coerced i because the service is outstanding. I feel like a valued customer/client and the service representatives always look out for me. I am never coerced into getting something I do not need. Cody continued to keep me updated as to the progress and outlined areas that could save me money. I would give it 5 stars except that to actually talk to someone over the phone took two days. The dealership phone service is horrible. I didn't want to schedule on line the appointment because I had specific questions to ask before the appointment. The dealership needs to work on their communications system. More
