It was raining daily. The tow operation was extremely busy. My final appointment was for 10:30 am and the car arrived at 4 pm. Through all of this Amy was kind and patient. By far the WORST car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We made an appointment to view a car - neither the car nor the sales rep was available at the appointed time. The test drive revealed a number issues with the BMW that we were promised would be addressed. The dealership called to say that the car was ready so we made arrangements to pick it up. When we arrived the car was not a the dealer and it took 35 minutes for the sales rep to tell us that unfortunately the part that was needed had not come in and it would be an additional 40 + minutes. After waiting another hour the car was delivered (now late evening) and we chose to take it despite it not being detailed as PROMISED. We chose to bring it to a detail shop because after dealing with these people and being treated so poorly we did not trust that they would do anything right. There are TONS of other dealers in the area - choose any of them over this place. More

Through no fault of theirs the part was delayed for almost 6 weeks! In that time, there was a change in managers. He was NOT always communicative with me which was frustrating.
