The oil change light turned on after an oil change was done. I called several times but the phone system would hanged on me. I was able to leave a voice message but no one responded. The oil change light done. I called several times but the phone system would hanged on me. I was able to leave a voice message but no one responded. The oil change light came up and it beeped. I took it to the dealer to reset and after a few minutes it came back again. More

I had to get an up date for my Volkswagen Jetta, R series. Told me it would take about an hour. Actual time was 40 minutes. I made an appointment online for an oil change...super easy to do. Got there at 10 am to wait. There were quite a few cars, so I expected to wait a while. It ended up taking about 4 hours, but the lady th easy to do. Got there at 10 am to wait. There were quite a few cars, so I expected to wait a while. It ended up taking about 4 hours, but the lady that took care of me rectified the situation and I left satisfied. I will definitely come back for my next service. More

I have had my Atlas there 5 times since 6/23/2021 and my problem is still not fixed. I am getting the run around about my issues and this is tied I to that.
