I had to get an up date for my Volkswagen Jetta, R series. Told me it would take about an hour. Actual time was 40 minutes. I made an appointment online for an oil change...super easy to do. Got there at 10 am to wait. There were quite a few cars, so I expected to wait a while. The new service manager is going to do wonderful things for the service department. I took my cross sport in for service, this was my last chance for the service department because previous experiences wer for the service department. I enjoyed the experience with this dealership. I didn't feel rushed or obligated to purchase from them.
