Terrible experience with the GM, Laurin Hanna. Worked with Ben, a salesman on an incoming Golf R and Richard Stodhill, Sales Manager. Ben said they were selling $5k over sticker when I called. I Worked with Ben, a salesman on an incoming Golf R and Richard Stodhill, Sales Manager. Ben said they were selling $5k over sticker when I called. I told him I'd think about it. A couple hours later I received a written quote from the R8chard, the Sales Manager. Some expensive "packs" were added. I assumed that to be the mark-up rather than $5k. Shortly afterwards, Richard called and apologized. He said to compensate for the hassle he'd reduce the mark-up to $3,000. I said ok and paid a deposit. Today, he called at 7 am! I was asleep. He left no message. He called again stating the Ms. Hanna refused to honor the agreement! So unprofessional and disrepectful. What crappy customer service! I told them to keep it. I'm upset and have never been treated like this at any BMW, Mercedes, or Lexus dealership. I do NOT recommend AutoNation! More
