I’m not gonna lie, my experience was ROCKY (and that’s putting it nicely), but at the end of the day, I got a really great vehicle at a great price. They also were able to get me a higher trade-in value o putting it nicely), but at the end of the day, I got a really great vehicle at a great price. They also were able to get me a higher trade-in value on my car. Michael was fantastic. I definitely made his days a bit more hectic, but he handled my insanity with professional and poise. Anna in finance was a dream to deal with. I had not intended to use in-house financing at the beginning, but I’m glad I did because it led me to her. Sierra on the sales floor was awesome. And felt so bad for everything I had been through she actually brought me Starbucks on closing day. Seriously, who does that?? Overall, I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a car! More
