Very bad experience. I initially posted my car on Facebook Marketplace to sell it, and was soon approached by someone from their team. They offered me $11,500 for the car, which seemed fair, so I considered it. They assured me this was their “best offer” and encouraged me to come in, stating they were serious about the price. I made it very clear that I didn’t want to waste my time and asked if the offer was guaranteed. They confirmed it was, so I decided to make the 40-minute drive to their location. But when I arrived, the story completely changed. Suddenly, they were only willing to offer me $6,000—nearly half of what they’d originally quoted. I had previously informed their representative about the car’s cosmetic damage, so there shouldn’t have been any surprises. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and I was left feeling completely misled. When I posted an honest review about my experience, the General Manager called me directly, acted rudely, and even threatened me that he had the power to remove my review from Google.
