Jonny Jahani made my car buying experience super easy and fast. He got me approved before I even went to the dealership and had the car waiting on me once I arrived. I was impressed that he asked my son what HE wanted to drive, and we ended up with exactly what he wanted. Would highly recommend checking out AutoNation and be sure to ask for Jonny! More
Jonny Jahani is awesome to work with. He is a professional, no pressure sales associate that made obtaining a vehicle from this location a very pleasant experience. He is a professional, no pressure sales associate that made obtaining a vehicle from this location a very pleasant experience. More
I've waited long enough to post this review, but my overall experience with this dealership has been absolutely horrible. Background: I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December 2023, and overall experience with this dealership has been absolutely horrible. Background: I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December 2023, and had the vehicle shipped to my state. The first issues came when I was told different things by multiple salesmen, one saying that the car had shipped already, and then the next time I reached out for an update (because no one was updating me on the status AFTER they received my down payment) I was told the vehicle was still there at the lot. Next, it is almost March, and I still have not received my metal plates. I have reached out to my local DMV, who have told me that they have only received the fees from this dealer, but have not received any of the paperwork that was processed for the purchase of my vehicle. My temporary plates have already expired, and I actually reached out to this dealership at least 3 weeks before my temporary plates expired, and a salesman told me to reach out as my expiration date got closer in order to receive new temporary plates. I have now spoken with an additional three different salesmen, including one of their managers, who took my information down every single time I called them, and literally none of them have gotten back to me. I have now had to contact the Texas DMV, who has now opened up a case and is sending an investigator to this dealership to find out what is happening with my documents. I am seeing a rise of negative reviews of this dealership, and I would not recommend dealing with them. It seems like once they have your money, they are no longer interested in helping you as a customer. I have submitted all documents to the Texas DMV showing that I emailed them multiple times with no responses. I will update this review as this situation continues to play out. More
Looking to sell your car? Save yourself a trip to AutoNation Plano and get more money in your hands from a trusted dealership. AutoNation Plano saw my car for sale online and Save yourself a trip to AutoNation Plano and get more money in your hands from a trusted dealership. AutoNation Plano saw my car for sale online and reached out to me with an attractive offer. Prior to my visit to AutoNation Plano, I was in constant communication with my rep (Noah Tanner) and was very transparent as I didn’t want any surprises when I arrived. Everything about the vehicle was disclosed (good and bad). After sharing everything and answering all of his questions, he assured me that the offer is valid and they are not the type of dealership that “baits and switch”. That can be farthest from the truth when I got there. Their attractive offer soon became a lowball offer. The excuses they gave were that there is an irregular engine noise they are concerned with and the bottom of the car was greasy indicating a leak. Knowing I just had the car serviced and inspected by a certified, trusted mechanic the day before, with a clean bill of health, I was surprised. I had the manager (Diego) show me. I couldn’t hear the noise they were referring to and when I questioned him, his response was it’s infrequent which is a concern. No proof of an irregular noise provided. As for the greasy bottom they state that indicates a leak, I asked where as everything under there was dry. He said the bottom should not look that greasy. What he does not understand, the grease look he claims from a leak is actually under carriage coating. Wow, did he really just say a dry greasy appearance is from a leak. I offered for Diego to speak to the mechanic who serviced my car (who has absolutely no stake in the game) and he responded “I’d rather listen to my mechanic”. So he wants to listen to his biased mechanic? They made any invalid excuse to lower their offer. Don’t fall victim to their attractive initial offer or their unethical sales tactics to get you to come in. You will be eating your time and money if you do. Go to a trusted, respected dealership who will honor their word and not try to throw reckless excuses to devalue your vehicle. I did! More
