I’m extremely disappointed at this dealer as I bought a car from them back in August of 2024 and it is December and still not able to get plates for my vehicle. I have been getting the run around about tit car from them back in August of 2024 and it is December and still not able to get plates for my vehicle. I have been getting the run around about title rep doing the work and no response. I reached out to the manager Wade Cowser and same response but after a few months now he is ghosting me. I reached out to another manager Kassandra Moran and same treatment. No one is able to answer the status of my plates. I don’t understand all I’m asking is for a response of where my plates are. Dealer was super nice while getting their money and getting the deal but now ghosting no one wants to assume any responsibility. After reading the good reviews I thought I could deal but the irresponsibility of the management is unforgivable how can people do stuff like this? All I want is an answer and possibly getting my plates on the vehicle. After 6 month of waiting??? This process takes a month at the most !!! I wouldn’t deal with this type of service More
