As a 20 year military veteran I hold service to a high standard and this "organization" has no standard. Dealing with this "organization" has been the worst car buying experience in my car buying history. It has been 5+ months since I purchased a vehicle for my son and still no permanent plates. After 5 in person visits to this location and numerous phone calls still no plates or no help in rectifying this issue. I contacted the DMV 90 days after purchase to check on the status of the plates and was informed that the dealership never submitted the required/requested documentation to start the registration paperwork. The consistent long holds on the phone and repetitive unanswered questions has created so much stress. This ordeal has made my sons car buying and driving experience a disaster. I would have never thought I would have experienced such disregard for a consumers safety and wellbeing. In short they are misleading and disloyal. If you are seriously looking to buy a car here please reconsider!!! I bought 1 car here and it lasted 3 days before the transmission went out!!! They put me in another vehicle and asked for more money reconsider!!! I bought 1 car here and it lasted 3 days before the transmission went out!!! They put me in another vehicle and asked for more money down only for the 2nd car to go down within 4 days!!! I told them I don't want any more vehicles from them. They have cost me time, stress, and money renting cars in the mean time. This has been the most horrific experience I have ever encountered in my life. My wife has been left stranded on the side of the road. Both vehicles went down in less than a handful of days. More

The finance department (Raheem and Cody) were awful to work with. The finance docs. were incorrect, listing my car was a LS 465, as opposed to an LS 500. Not once did try to ammend the paperwork, as reque work with. The finance docs. were incorrect, listing my car was a LS 465, as opposed to an LS 500. Not once did try to ammend the paperwork, as requested. It's been 45 days, and I still have not received my license plates. My temporary ones are now expired. The worst part of my experience is that no one from the finance department ever returned my phone calls to remediate the issues they caused. I will never buy from AutoNation again. More

Excellent customer service from ND, Raheem and Moody. I went in there not knowing what I wanted and ND was so patient and helpful. He helped me find the perfect vehicle despite the rain. His patience and customer service carried over even after driving off the lot. There was a minor issue with the vehicle and ND was able to address and correct the issue immediately.
