I have a terrible experience with the finance manager his name is George who is a very slick deceiver. I have based this on my experience with them. I'm on the hook for a loan that is thousands of dollars because of him and a vehicle that is already giving me problems. He masterfully slipped in extra numbers which puffed up my loan substantially, good luck calling in or getting anyone with a braincell in the double digits. when you run into a problem with your newly purchased vehicle your phone calls ignored, and messages not retuned. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL REGRET IT. More

A recent Second vehicle purchase became a concern when for the 3rd time I less than 2 weeks my Chevy Equinox would not start..the 1st was during an emergency room trip which is already nerve racking..the for the 3rd time I less than 2 weeks my Chevy Equinox would not start..the 1st was during an emergency room trip which is already nerve racking..then twice just days after Hurricane Beryl. Two trips several phone calls and rain delays later 3 gentlemen TRIPLE TEAMED to solve the issue..Jonathan (patient salesperson) spoke to Johnny ( all business get it done for the customer sales Manager) who had Cesar(wiz extraordinare..he got a battery delivery faster than pizza hut and in half the time)..back on the road....important because the Junior Olympics of track and Field expects me next week..I'm a track official! First off, if I could give 0 stars I would, but we went in Friday night to buy a BMW that we had found online. We decided to go ahead and purchase. When waiting to get into finance we were then told that i in Friday night to buy a BMW that we had found online. We decided to go ahead and purchase. When waiting to get into finance we were then told that it was too late to finance due to the banks being closed. We were then asked to come back at 0900 Saturday morning to finalize the deal. We showed up at 0900 on the dot which is when they opened. We were then told it was first come first serve and someone else was buying the car and had been there since 0800. The dealer doesn’t open until 0900 so someone made a special accommodation for this other customer. One of the worst GM’s I have ever been around, Johnny Q, put all the blame of this scenario on the salesman and told us that if we were going to be mad to be mad at him. I felt as this was very unprofessional of him. He clearly had his hands up as if it wasn’t his fault, but we feel as if it was all his fault. He clearly was helping the other customers by bending some rules for them just because he can. That’s unprofessional and just showed us what this location is all about. I’ll be leaving a review everywhere that I can about the way we were treated. I will also be following up with a real GM at this location. Don’t buy from this shady dealer. More
