As my initial review was sincere and true, it was too premature. The vehicle I purchased in AutoNation USA Houston has turned out to be a huge problem. On 13 September 2024 I drove the vehicle off the lot and ended up calling the dealership the same day to get me a tow truck because the steering system shut down on me while I was driving. I decided to leave them the vehicle so they can perform the required maintenance, and after 30 days they claimed the vehicle was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. On 16 October 2024 I went to pick up the vehicle and once again drove off the lot. The vehicles steering did not feel normal, so I took it to another repair shop. This is where it was brought to my attention that the vehicle requires a large amount of maintenance due to an impact to the subframe. This impact damage is very noticeable to any technician as soon as the vehicle is up on a lift. AutoNation USA Houston had this vehicle in maintenance for a month and claimed to make repairs, but failed to disclose the damage to the subframe. I did purchase an extended warranty through AutoNation and unfortunately the impact the vehicle has voids most of what needs to be fixed. I can’t take the vehicle back to AutoNation USA Houston because I can’t trust their technicians or staff to actually be truthful.

I won’t be making any future purchases through AutoNation USA Houston due to my unfortunate experience with the one and only vehicle I did I purchase there. I due plan on filing a complaint via the Better Business Bureau, and hopefully prevent from anyone else having to deal with the type of service I received.
