Very fast to react to initial contact - was able to schedule a time to view the Jeep and get a trade-in value. Met the manager and made good connection with the salesman. This was my first experience with AutoNation and it will be my last- — They kept us in the store for over 2 hours after our selection (this was a CASH purchase) — Key FOB did not work, car had next to N be my last- — They kept us in the store for over 2 hours after our selection (this was a CASH purchase) — Key FOB did not work, car had next to NO GAS, all 4 tires were very very low (I had to put air in them), Engine Warning Lights were on. — Emails concerning the key FOB were not returned. — We were promised the dealership would repair the cracked dash- we still have not heard from them back on this. In short- many issues that did not have to be issues. The purchasing experience was probably the worst I’ve had anywhere and I’ve bought several vehicles over the years with my family of 4. More
