My wife and I have had a 2011 Toyota Matrix for a long time. It was about that time that we should get another vehicle and so we've decided to try to sell it to various other car dealerships. We were not disappointed, Michael from AutoNation kept it realistic as to how much we would get from selling this car and ultimately suggested a much better offer than the competition leaving me and my wife satisfied. **** HORRIBLE *** 1- The listing clearly stated the Vehicle as BMW 2013 750Li / ALPINA B7. What I was delievered was a Regular 750LI and NOT "ALPINA B7" ??? 2- Suspension still not good and not what Vehicle as BMW 2013 750Li / ALPINA B7. What I was delievered was a Regular 750LI and NOT "ALPINA B7" ??? 2- Suspension still not good and not what I was promised and listed in the "We Owe List" ? 3- Title Application has incorrect City "HOUSTON" and should be "RICHMOND" as per DL provided? They take DL/ID for a Reason and mine had current address on it which is City as "Richmond" ! I bought few times before form AutoNation Group and never had this Bad experience and the sales person never responds to call or text messages..
