Purchased an explorer. vehicle temp plates were used by another vehicle. Trying to contact sales manager to resolve... instead they left me on the phone in a sales meeting today, where he was swearing to a salesman for taking breaks, saying how he will pay for vehicle gas if customers leave 5 star reviews, and why his salesteam is disappearing while customers are waiting for finance. If a manager swore that much in front of a customer he may not have a job in the morning... More
I returned a vehicle to AutoNation USA Gulf Freeway on May 8 and was told I would receive my refund within two weeks. I’ve only received part of my money back (down payment amount), but I’m still waiting May 8 and was told I would receive my refund within two weeks. I’ve only received part of my money back (down payment amount), but I’m still waiting on the remaining balance, which I paid via cashier’s check. Despite multiple emails and phone calls to the sales manager, and general manager, I’ve been ignored. I even contacted AutoNation Corporate, and while they acknowledged my complaint and promised a response within 24–48 business hours, I have yet to hear back from anyone. The dealership already re-listed and sold the vehicle I returned yet I still don’t have my full refund. This experience has been stressful and unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from this location. More
